Dear friends! The Russian Club invites you to join a trip to the sea
from Guangzhou to Shenzhen (Dongchong Beach by a chartered bus.
We are going to Dongchong Beach in Shenzhen together.
This is one of the best beaches in Shenzhen! Dongchong Beach Shenzhen 东冲海滩
July 24, 2021 (Saturday) 8.20 am pick-up and 8.45 am check-out
July 25, 2021 (Sunday) 16.30 we leave back.
Payment
This is a non-profit event. We divide the price of the bus equally among everyone.
If you find a cheaper bus, we’ll take yours!
The preliminary price is 160 yuan per person round trip.
(it may be 10-20 yuan more expensive, depending on the number of people and the bus)
The price includes a bus with 20 seats and parking for it.
The payment deadline is July 15, 2021.
Payment on Wichat or Alipay.
If you change your mind about going, there will be no return. But you can find another person instead of yourself.
If there are not 20 people on the bus by July 15, the trip will not take place. In this case, everyone will receive a 100% refund.
After payment, you must provide the following information:
– surname and first name as in the passport
– passport number
– phone number
You choose and book the hotel yourself.
Dongchong has a lot of hotels in the region of 250 yuan per room.
Placement options we will send business cards to you personally.
The entrance to the beach costs 20 yuan.
Rent an umbrella for 200 yuan. You have to pay for your tent.
On Dongchong beach: surfing, jet skis, cheesecakes, sap boards, gorge, hiking.
We immediately determine who is going to Sanmen Island on July 25 at 8 a.m.
The boat costs 400 yuan. There are 6 people in the boat. The entrance to the island is 10 yuan.
We will sail back from the island to the beach at 14.00.
It takes 4 hours by bus.
The bus will not have stops on demand.
Start and finish in Guangzhou – Zhujiang New Town metro, exit B1.
Take fruits, a first-aid kit, cream, panama hats, glasses, towels with you on the trip.
